ALMOND BRITTLES OF CHEESE!

ALMOND BRITTLES OF CHEESE PROVOLONE
It is an exquisite recipe of Martiniano, which he adopts!!

Ingredients:

300 g of cheese provolone or Parmesan

200 g of mass philo

The green part of 2 scallions

5 sheets of fresh mint

Fresh parsley

1 lemon

100 g of fat (butter)

Salt and black Pepper or of Jamaica

Sauce

150 cc. of aceto balsamic

A few drops of sauce Tabasco

Preparation:
