What Happens When It Freezes?

Here you will know it!!!

When a Food (Animal or Vegetable) Freezes, basically two things happen.

1st - the action of the enzymes stops on the textiles (his natural decomposition is paralyzed)

2nd - The water that contains the food transforms in ice glazing. This glazing already acquires this form between 0th and 5th Low Zero. The most important thing is to go so far as to freeze the food as light as possible, and watch that the temperature keeps on going down even-18ºC, preventing this way the formation of big glazing that on having hardened (or of becoming hard) they would end up breaking the fibre. (this happens when the cold does not come to him in fast form to all the cells).
