The cook Ferran Adrià will be one of the ambassadors of the new 'Channel Culture' of Spanish Television, which will begin his emission in 2010.
Adría will initiate a tour all over the world to promote the channel and will lead an audio-visual catalog of eight chapters where there is narrated the history of the restaurant 'The Bullí' from his birth up to the actuality.
Part of this gastronomic catalog will express in spring for 2 of channel TVE, like advance of the future 'Channel Culture'.
With this agreement signed today with Ferran Adrià, channel TVE he promises to produce the whole audio-visual catalog, and that preserves and projects the creative work of the cook and of his restaurant
'The Bulli', from his birth in 1956 up to the actuality.
In these audio-visual ochos there take part Alber Adrià and the co-owner of the restaurant, Juli Soler.
The direction is in hands of David Pujol. Adrià, who warned that his intention "is not to do television, because there is that the people who makes it better than I", told that his target in this project is to be part of a 'Committee of watchmen', formed by different personalities of the Culture, the Art and the Science, contributing his "philosophy" contacts and image to tell the whole world "that the Channel Culture exists". THE GASTRONOMIC "MADNESS"
Ferran Adriá, who does not discard to appear in moments props to on the television screen, if they ask themselves for it, admitted that a "madness" exists about the world of the kitchen and made sure that division does not exist between the traditional kitchen and the high kitchen.

Also, channel TVE plans to create a movie on Adriá with all the engraved materials.
For Ferrán Adriá, the important of this project is to achieve that the "people fall in love with the Spanish gastronomy" and to know first hand "the human part of the high kitchen".
Between the targets of the Channel Culture, they emphasize to facilitate the general access to the cultural events and to spread the Spanish culture.
His director Peré Roca, declared Europe Press that "one" is "working" to find financing for this channel of television that "will go out in 2010, and the low financing is not going to be an excuse", he added.
