CASATTA OF FRUITS

FROZEN CASATTA OF FRUITS
ITALIAN TYPICAL DESSERT, ESPECIALLY IN SICILY

INGREDIENTS:

1 Bundle of Vanillas or Soletillas

1 Box of Gelatine with Flavor to Lemon

1 On of Gelatine without Flavor

1/2 kilogram of cheese Ricotta

Grating of half a lemon 1/2

Sugar cup

50 grams of crystallized fruit

50 grams of grapes you happen without seed (optionally)

100 grams of cut nuts (macerated with you happen in brandy)

TO DECORATE:

Whipped cream, Grated Chocolate, Cut Nuts

PREPARATION:
