Some of the tastings were
- Froth of White chocolate with Saffron and gelatine of Mint
- Soup of bitter Cocoa with fairy cakes of Carrots and ice cream of Fishermans
- Foie with chocolate Michel Cluizel Infini 99 %, go out maldon and creamy of apricot
- Bread with Chocolate Michel Cluizel, 72 %, virgin olive oil and curry
- Soup of Pears, Truffles Fantaisie, yogurt and coffee gelatine.
Quite excellently watered of Wine-cellar, Champagne, Beers, Coca-Cola, Juices and a very rich Pedro Ximenez, to combine also with some of the plates.
Really the place was outstanding, the Organization of the Event, principally the tasks of Rose, Carlota and Prop, between others.
There were great the people and they all remained admired of well told that there were all the recipes, which even seemed very easy to realize at home.

The Chef, Santiago Fernandez was excellent in his connection with the public.
