Lamb to the Wine Burgundy (Red wine)

LAMB TO THE BURGUNDY OR RED WINE Prescribes Light

Ingredients for aprox 4 persons

1 kilo of costillitas of lamb with bone

1 red pepper

1 carrot

1 scallion, chive

150 cc of red wine borgoņa

2 laurel sheets

Grasses provenzales, (thyme, oregano...

Juice (juice) of 1 lemon  

Salt, pepper of colors in grain newly ground

Silver role, or aluminum or molds of silicone with lid

Preparation:

1st to Place firstly in a mold the silver role, leaving a little that stands out, to be able to cover, Or use straight the silicone molds with lid

2nd to Cut all the vegetables in the shape of thin julienne, (along) and to Place them so that they stay in the center and then to be adding the ribs towards the sides.

3rd to Throw the wine superficially and then the lemon juice, to Flavor

4th to Close with the remaining role, realizing some pricks so that the steam could go out, or in that of silicone, only cover

5th to Set in a preheated stove, during 15 minutes to high heat, and then 45 minutes to softer fire

Fuerte:220ēC and under 160ēC

This recipe can bring you approximately approximately 400 calories for ration, (portion) also you will have a good contribution of iron, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.

It is a protein with content in fat, carbohydrate and fibre.
