Cream of Zuchini "Lorraine"

Cream of Zuchini, "Lorraine"

For 6 to 8 Messmates:

Ingredients:

- 2 liter and a half of water or broth of vegetables

- 50 Cc. of oil that is not necessary if you are following any type of diet

- 2 or 3 zuchini cut in small cubes

- 200 cream Cc. without a lot of fat or a tarrina of cheese Philadelfia Light, or some cheese portion of the creamy type, to thicken a little the soup cremates

Making:

1. To place in a casserole the water with caldito or home-made vegetables broth, to warm.

2. When it begins to boil, place the cut zuchini to be cooked inside.

3. To add a bit more of salt.

4. As they are cooked, you can be treading on the zuchini with a holder, so that they are dissolving in the broth.

5. To withdraw, to liquefy and to add the cheese portion cremates or the philadelfia.

6. If you were going to place cream, hope and add it when it should be still to serve.

7. To flavor with newly ground pepper, and a bit of cumin (if you do not like the cumin, it is possible to add nutmeg newly ralladita, an exquisite flavor stays, and for the days of the Lent, or holy week is ideal
