Ingredients:
For person, approximately 6 gambones
Sal Maldon
Virgin olive oil
Sweet paprika
Balsamic Aceto, or Soy sauce
Preparation:
1st to Peel the gambones only on the part of the body, leaving perfect the tail and the head
2nd to Wash them well
3rd to Prepare in a bowl the mezlca of Salt, Paprika and Virgin olive oil.
4th to Set to warm an iron and when it is well warm, to place the gambones
5th to Cook of both sides, without allowing them to cook too much
6th to Withdraw and to serve, in a plate accompanied by an emulsion of balsamic aceto with maldon salt and olive oil, and if you do not have aceto you can add to him the soy sauce, only that you will have to be careful on having put the salt.
It is possible to serve with a few tomatoes cherries, or with some salad of green sheets.
