United initiative of Madrid Restaurant Week Se they join "The Gilthead The Grooves" and "A Place"

Restaurants As "The Gilthead" of the Grooves and "UnLugar" Take part of the United Initiative, Restaurant Week of Madrid from March 5 until March 14, 2010

The company Tryp Network, with the collaboration of the Patronage of Tourism and the Town hall of Madrid, has started this united project that he allows the citizenship to enjoy the high gastronomy of the best restaurants of his locality at an accessible price for any pocket.

In addition to tasting a finished menu composed by an inlet, a main course and a dessert, the messmates who want to make use of this opportunity will be putting also his sand granite in a united cause.

And the fact is that, of the price of every menu, 1 will be assined € to two charitable institutions: the ONCE and the Spanish Foundation of the Heart.

Finally, it is a question of the opportunity of enjoying the best gastronomy of Madrid that the taking part restaurants offer, simultaneously that is contributed by an action of social responsibility. The success of the 1st edition of “Madrid Restaurant Week ”, celebrated last October and thanks to which 16.047 were collected € for works of social responsibility, has led his organizers to developing this 2nd Edition in which there will take part more than 24 restaurants of the Community of Madrid.

The Gilthead of The Grooves has wanted to collaborate with this initiative offering his quality and his everlasting products at a very exact price during these 10 days.

Cristóbal Gómez prepares by means of his habitual skills the plates that compose the menu that will offer the restaurant for the dinners that are celebrated in the frame of this initiative. The only opportunity that will start by a moderate Salad of nice and it rules, to continue with an excellent grilled Sea bass with fund of stew of spinach beets and to end with a sweet morsel, sky Bacon.

The restaurant Unlugar, of recent opening in Madrid, also has made a special menu for this occasion. His best fresh vegetables brought from La Rioja and prepared according to traditional recipes to compose the different options of inlets (Potatoes to the riojana, String beans carita of the Queen with Chungur or verduritas, Thistle of Calahorra in sauce of almonds or Hearts of alcachofitas attacked with ham).

Surprising creations, also typical of La Rioja, like main course suggestions (Cod to the riojana, Patorrillo or Pig's trotters) and home-made desserts also to be chosen (cheese Cake of For a three-quarter bed, home-made Cheese with quince of Chef Nino or Tiramisú).

A finished, varied menu and from maximum quality at an incredible price (25 euros for person, not included drinks), which it will be possible to taste both in lunches and in dinners.

All this with an excellent presentation and in a modern and avant-garde place of two plants with cubic form
