The academic proposal for 2007 includes: Professional cook with Specialization in Gerenciamiento Gastronómico, Confectioner and Baker, Adviser of Wines and Drinks. Top technician in Gastronomic Administration, Integral Organizer of Events, Gerenciamiento Gastronómico and Gastronomic Marketing.
Top technician in Gastronomic Administration (2 1/2 years): The gone away one from this career will have the aptitude to generate emprendimientos of diverse business and gastronomic services, as well as to administer them and gerenciarlos with very good results. For it it will have knowledge and mastery of the necessary commercial, administrative and managerial hardware; there do not leave aside aspects purely gastronomic –las skills of kitchen, of confectionery and bakery-.
Gastronomic Gerenciamiento (1 year): This course grants to the gone away one the knowledge and the technical skills to administer and gerenciar diverse business and gastronomic services. It will have the aptitude to apply the fixation of margins and prices, to use the costs information for the decision making, to apply the dispositions and legal rules that regulate the personnel handling, to apply the dispositions and above-mentioned rules the hygiene and safety in the work, bromatología and environment, to organize budgets and commercialization planning in the gastronomic area, to realize a project and design of plant of a restaurant and/or gastronomic business.
