Ingredients for 4 persons
2 kg of Mussels
4 grms. grams of Pepper
1 Laurel sheet

1 spoonful of cut Parsley
25 grams of Butter
2 egg yolks
2 Cdas. of Breadcrumbs,

Procedure:
1st to Scrape the mussels and to wash them, several times with cold water.
2nd to Put them in a casserole with the pepper, the laurel and the onion.
3rd to Cover the casserole and to lead to the fire.
