Ingredients:

1 kilo of mussels

1 spoonful and a half of parsley

2 cut cloves of garlic

Half small glass of white Wine

Preparation:

1st to Set a casserole (ladle), water to warm, when he begins to boil to add salt.

2nd to Wash well the mussels, and to clean them in his exterior part

3rd to Place them inside the casserole, and to place the lid without closing completely

4th to Allow to cook during a few minutes and when it sees that there are opened withdrawing them and opening them completely.

5th In a frying pan to place a big oil spoonful, and to allow to warm

6th to Peel and to sting the garlic, and to place it in the frying pan, together with the cut parsley.

7th to Add the mussels, and to mix.

8th to Put the white wine, and to leave that the alcohol is evaporating

9th When he believes that it has already evaporated a little, to place a ladle of the liquid that I have had left of the mussels.

10th to Present in the table, in individual plates, adding little salt, newly ground pepper and a little more of fresh parsley.
