Montse Estruch and his Restaurant Cingle Ganan the Award to the Best Wine list

“El Cingle ” gains the first award to the best wine list of Catalonia, Cartaví 2009 [The room]

Last Monday, the 23rd of November, we obtained a very important new recognition for “El Cingle ”, which credits us during the whole year, like restaurant with the best wine list of Catalonia, between that they have an average price superior to 45 €.

This received Cartaví recognition, on a whole of 512 restaurants of Catalonia that were competing in the different categories, it is very important for us, since with him we close completely the circle that credits us like a place to live through an experience enogastronómica the only in Catalonia. From “El Cingle ”, we want to be grateful especially to Balbina and to Fernando, his excellent work in the selection of these wines and Catalan champaigns, which has allowed us to obtain this important award.

Cartaví, is a contest that they organize annually the “Associació Vinícola Catalana ” and UVIPE, which has the aim of recognizing the effort of the restorers in the position of the Catalan wines in his letters.

Very much makes me happy that his Restaurant has always gained this award, since she is an eternal combatant, and glamorous presents herself, with a smile. I have seen it also in several occasions in some of the Congresses that realize in Argentina and South America, and there this she, helping and showing everything what he can do.
