Mousse Frozen Light of Apples
It foams light of Apples
Ingredients for person
1 Apple without heart cut in slices
1/2 cup orange Juice
1 Gelatine teaspoonful in dust
1 Egg white
1 Nutmeg pinch
Also 5 apple slices to adorn.
Making:
- To cook the rest of the apple slices in water, with a few lemon drops.
