Dessert, orange Textures

ORANGE TEXTURES

Ingredients:

3 oranges for juice (juice)

To measure the juice that the oranges give, then to add the fourth part of extra Virgin olive oil

Honey liquidates and of good quality, two spoonfuls

2 spoonfuls of Cointreau or some drink with flavor to orange

Chocolate cookies, with flavor to orange to decorate

Preparation:

1st to Crush two oranges, and to measure the juice

2nd, Before crushing them, if you want you can extract the grating of the skin (rind)

3rd To the quantity of juice that you have managed to extract, to add the fourth part in extra virgin olive oil, and a honey spoonful, and to mix very well

7th to Mix, a virgin olive oil spoonful, with a honey spoonful, and two cointreau spoonfuls. And to Spray with this the plate or the source where you are going to serve it.

To decorate superficially with the grating (scrapings) of the rind of the orange, and the chocolate cookies with flavor to orange
