CHOCOLATE DESSERT GANACHE WITH ICE CREAM

Chocolate Ganache with Ice cream and Warm Chocolate

Ingredients

450 grams of semibitter chocolate

450 of butter (fat)

9 eggs

9 egg yolks

300 grams of sugar

240 grams of flour 0000

1 dust teaspoonful of baking

Ice creams of Vanilla, warm Chocolate with cream

Making:

1st to Melt the chocolate to bath Maria with the butter

2nd to Beat the eggs and the egg yolks with the sugar to bath Maria, until they are lukewarm

3rd to Withdraw and to add the chocolate melted with the butter

4th to Add him of to little, the flour and the dust leudante (Royal)

5th to Place the preparation in individual molds, (they can be of silicone, since desmoldan more easily) But, they will have to be greased and with dusted flour.

6th to Cook in stove to high heat (230ºC) during 6 to 8 minutes. Inside they must remain humid.

To arm and to present:
