Ingredients:

250 grams of fresh cheese in slices, greasy and with flavor

400 grams of red peppers or eggplants

200 grams of sugar

Preparation

This is a Plate very rich and easy to prepare, also you can have it to hand in any moment, since even it is possible to freeze.

1. To divide the pepper or the eggplant in well small julienne.

2. To add the rest of the ingredients and to allow to cook during 30 minutes, until a texture similar to the jam stays.

3. To allow to rest in the icebox.

4. When it is cold, to refill the slices of cheese, previously divided by the half in the shape of rectangle, giving them form of of ravioli and to set in the salver, plate or spoon of aperitif to put in the microwave or in the stove so that the cheese melts.
