Bachelor of Journalism for the Complutense University of Madrid and doctor for this University.

It has been employed like gastronomic journalist at the Agency Efe for nine years and has collaborated with the national newspapers World and Public.

Also he collaborates with the magazines Spain Gourmetour and Dessert.

At present it coordinates I Course Expert's in Gastronomic and Nutritional Journalism of the Complutense University of Madrid.

THE DURATION OF THE Workshop of Gastronomic Communication for Restaurants they will have the following schedule to choose
