LEMON CAKE AND CHEESE MASCARPONE

Ingredients: (for 8 portions):

Mass sablée:

INGREDIENTS OF THE MASS

180 g of sifted flour, 90 g of moderate fat, 60 g of impalpable sugar, or glas 1 cdta. of lemon grating, 1 egg yolk, 1 cda. of frozen water.

 Ingredients of the Filling:

300 grams of cheese mascarpone

300 g of cream cheese

80 cc of cream, cream for cakes (more than 50 % of fats)

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

175 g of sugar

2 cdtas. of extract of vanilla or sugar vainillada

1 cda. of corn starch (cornstarch)

1 cda. of lemon grating.

Preparation:

1st - to Start by mixing the ingredients of the mass and to form a soft roll. To wrap in movie of (transparent) polyethene and to lead to the icebox (ice-cream maker) during half an hour.

2nd - to Stretch with a stick and to line a detachable mold of 24 cm.enmantecado.

3rd - to Beat or to liquefy the ingredients of the filling and I covered the mass. To cook in the stove preheated to 180th from 45 until 50 minutes.

4th - to Serve dusted with impalpable sugar, glas.
